| Abstract: | The article puts forward a system of evaluation indexes of the technological innovation ability in medium and small-sized enterprises.The system consists of five indexes in the first level and twenty-four indexes in the second level.Moreover,the evaluation indexes are put into practical use by fuzzy mathematics. |
