摘    要:由于我国烟草企业存在着人才竞争程度不高、绩效考核体系不够科学、工资福利制度不完善等问题,制约了员工工作潜能的激发。文章基于激励理论,认为烟草企业应该完善人才竞争、绩效考核、薪酬管理激励机制,不断加强员工培训、创新企业文化,为员工工作潜能的开发提供有力的支持,以提高员工的工作积极性,从而释放出他们的内在潜能,使之成为烟草行业发展的重要创新点。
