小麦制粉工艺的创新与优化

摘    要:根据对当前制粉工艺优缺点的分析,从制粉原理出发,提出对制粉工艺优化和创新的思路。在原有常用粉路的基础上,针对其研磨系统进行改进,巧妙结合适当的撞击和剥皮工艺,以达到更好的麸皮和胚乳的分离效果。同时对制粉设备提出了选型工艺要求和管理优化,进一步保证了制粉效果的提升。
