| 摘 要： | 在激烈的市场竞争的今天,日益发展的煤炭企业为了符合我国国情的发展,也为了符合我国煤炭事业自身的发展提出了精细化管理,而且精细化管理也成为我国煤炭企业必须发展的道路之一。但是依据现在的现实情况,我国煤炭企业的精细化管理还很不成体系,还有许多要改进的地方,本文根据现在煤炭企业发展的现实状况,分析其优势和长处,同时寻找其劣势和不足,从而制定可持续发展的煤炭企业精细化管理道路,使我国的煤炭企业真真正正地实施精细化管理的路子,与我国经济发展的步伐相协调。
