"EB"环境中,对消费者知情权的保护,是消费者权益保护的前提。如何科学界定"EB"环境下的消费者的概念和消费者知情权的保护范围,我国现阶段仍存在立法空白和盲点,相关电子商务立法的缺位是导致消费者知情权遭受损害的根本原因。鉴于"EB"环境中消费者知情权实现的特殊性,立法应与时俱进:从交易前加强对消费者知情权的法律保护,进而保障消费者其它消费权益的实现,促进我国电子商务行业的有序发展。
