Discussion on University Library Service to the Community in Resource-based Economy Area: Taking Library of Yulin University for Example

In the resource-based regions,on the one hand,the local economy has a rapid development,on the other hand,the accumulation of local human resources is scarce,so the sustainable development of local economy has been sorely tested.In this context,the local university library should play its educational function,assume the responsibilities of social education,and help local regions to carry out cultural services activities,and contribute to the development of local education.
