| 摘 要： | 本文通过对知识员工的定义和内涵进行界定,分析知识员工的人格特点和工作特点,从六个方面归纳了知识员工的绩效特征,并提出应该对知识员工进行更细化的分类,以加强对这一重要员工群体进行绩效评价和管理。
