ST公司债务重组存在的问题与对策研究

Problems in ST Companies' Debit Restructuring and the Countermeasures to Them

In this paper, listed in current debit restructuring of ST companies are problems: more restructuring in statement, more management of surplus, and more related transaction while less restructuring in essence, less improvement made in former administration model, and less raised operational efficiency. In response to these problems, the author of the paper points out that market needs must be met in ST companies' restructuring, and all-round restructuring must be carried out including the readjustment of industrial structure, product structure, governance structure, and debit restructuring inside the corporations. Only in so doing, can both the temporary and permanent solutions be achieved in ST companies' debit restructuring.
