| Abstract: | In this paper,the function and design principle of filter at earth-rock fill dams were introduced.Combined with an example,it illustrated the idea that,under protection of filter,crakes on impervious layer can be self-healing.Namely,filter protection is key measure to realize seepage safety control. |
