| Abstract: | In the past twenty years since reforming and opening fisheries
industry of Fujian Province has had develoment with giant strides.Their experiences are as follow
as: Firstly, it is to emancipate the mind and pioneer train of thought; Secondly, to reform fisheries
system; Thirtly, to carry out fishery industry by the application of science and education; Fourthly,
to expand international exchange and cooperation; Fifthly, to strenghen construction of legal
system. |
