| Abstract: | At the aspect of administration, we need the correct view of official performances and carry themout. in order to fulfil the view of sustainable development and improve the ecological evnironment. It needs notonly to set up and perfect the standard of evaluating official performances, assessing system and the system ofrewards and penalties. but also to define the concrete objective office tern according to the defferentcircumstances in regions in order to check them concretly. |
