| 摘 要： | 文章分析了广东粤华发电有限责任公司现有的监督检查工作中存在的问题,在原流程基础上提出了一种新的管理流程,并通过多种权限控制和流程控制运用信息开发了粤电监督管理信息系统,解决了旧监督检查工作存在的弊端,实现了高效的信息化管理,进而有效推行NOSA五星安全、健康、环境保护综合风险管理系统,最终促使企业形成自我改进、不断完善的安全管理机制。
