河北省新型农村合作医疗保险问题及对策研究

河北省农村新型合作医疗试点工作已经初见成效,建立新型农村合作医疗制度,对提高农民健康水平,促进农村经济发展,维护社会稳定具有重大意义,但是在制度设计、宣传工作、运行及管理方面也暴露出不少问题。研究表明,增强宣传引导,做好公示制度,建立疾病预防机制,健全医疗合作制度,加大政府的投入等措施可以有效解决以上存在问题。

Problems and Countermeasures Research on the New Rural Cooperation Medical Insurance in Hebei Province

The experimental unit of the rural cooperation medical insurance in Hebei province has got some success.The comstruction of the new rural cooperation medical is significant to improving the peasants' health level,prompting the rural economy development and maintaining the social stability.But there are many problems in the system design,propaganda job and management aspects.The research shows that to solve these problems,we should strengthen the propaganda job,do the announcement system,set up the illness prevention mechanism,perfect the medical cooperation system and enlarge the government's input.
