摘    要:本文介绍了一个大型热处理电阻炉微机控温系统。较详细地阐述了硬件结构及软件方案。针对大型热处理电阻炉热惯性大,电力消耗多的特点,提出了 PID+M 和功率决策方案。使得用较小的电力配额(600kW),运行较大的设备(1080kW)获得成功。

Abstract:A kind of microcomputer-controlled system in large resistance furnaces is intro- duced in this paper.The hardware structure and sofeware plan of this system are also expounsed in detail.To counter the characteristics of large heat-treatment resistance fur- naces that they have intersive thermal inertia and excessive power consumption.PID+M and power strategic plan are put forwand.This make it successed to utilize large equip- ment (1080KW)with relatively little amount of power distribution(600kw).
