类生命视角下制造企业核心竞争力DNA结构及遗传规律研究

在深入分析现有核心竞争力结构研究的基础上,从类生命视角出发,解读制造企业核心竞争力的内部结构。通过企业核心竞争力与生物体遗传物质DNA的类比,构筑制造企业核心竞争力的双螺旋结构,逻辑推演出制造企业核心竞争力DNA的构成。其中知识和信息作为两条双链,能力、技术、文化、资源分别作为双链上的四种碱基,能力与技术形成一对碱基对,文化和资源形成一对碱基对。并对制造企业核心竞争力DNA复制和变异的遗传特性进行详细分析,推演企业核心竞争力演化的基本路径,以期能够创新核心竞争力的研究视角,完善企业核心竞争力的理论研究,促进制造企业核心竞争力的有效提升。

Research on the Manufacturing Firms' Core Competency DNA Structure and Genetic Law in the View of Para-life

This paper interpreted the internal structure of manufacturing firms’ core competency in the view of Para-life based on the profound analysis of existing core competency internal structure research.By analogy of manufacturing firms’ core competency and biological genetic material DNA,this paper built the core competency double helix structure and deduced logically the internal structure of manufacturing firms’ core competency DNA,including knowledge and information as the double chain,and ability,technology,culture,resources as the four bases of the double chains,ability and technology as one base pair,culture and resource as the other base pair.And then this paper analyzed the copy and variation of manufacturing firms’ core competency DNA genetic law and deduced the basic way of core competency evolution in order to innovate the core competency research views,perfect the theory research of core competency,and promote the manufacturing firms’ core competency effectively.
