| 摘 要： | 我国各地区之间的经济差异很大,而且呈不断扩大的趋势。区域经济的协调发展,从财政方面讲,就是要提高中央政府的宏观调控能力,通过财政对落后地区的"搏动",提高落后地区的经济发展能力。

| Abstract: | There exists a widening disparity in China's regional economic development. In order to realize a coordinate development in regional economy, proper fiscal policy should be made to strengthen the regulatory function of the central government, and to improve the capacity of the economic development in the backward regions through the "impulse" given by the fiscal policy. |
