| 摘 要： | 近年,宁波市企业技术创新载体数量不断增加,R&D经费投入稳步提高,并呈现向制造业投入集中的特征,但是经费投入中基础研究和应用研究经费投入不足,发明专利比例偏低。总体来说,与国内其他城市相比宁波科技创新载体发展基础还比较薄弱,技术创新机构规模效益递减,其总体创新效率不容乐观。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the number of technology innovation carriers of Ningbo enterprises continue to increase with a financial outlay devotion improved steadily,and such carriers concentrate in manufacturing industry.But there is a lower proportion of basic and applied research of financial inputs,and patent of inventions is on the low side.In general,the overall strength of innovation carries in Ningbo enterprises are not strong compared with other cities of China.Economies of scale in its technology innovation carriers are modest and their output efficiency is not optimistic. |
