现代培训教学方法研究

摘    要:建立科学的培训教育体系,探索培训教育规律,是培训教育领域和公共人力资源管理开发中一个值得重视和探讨的课题。培训教育的核心是教学,优质的培训课程有赖于卓越的培训课程设计和杰出的课程实施能力。因此,研究现代培训教学方法,应注重对培训教学设计和培训课程设计的研究,注重培训教育对培训师的素质能力要求的探讨。

Abstract:It is a task deserving recognition and discussion Establishing a scientific training education system and probing into training education principles in the field of training education and common human resource management and development. The core of training education is teaching. High - quality training course is dependent upon superior training course design and outstanding should b orientad to abilities. Therefore,research on modern traine teaching method to attach importance to study on the training teaching design and training course design, and to inquiring the demand of training education for the quality capability of trainers.
