| 摘 要： | 水患给安徽经济，社会可持续发展带来很大负面影响；以20世纪90年代两次特大水灾为例。分析了水患对安徽相对经济资源承载力影响，并从人口，资源配置，产业结构，资金等方面提出了可持续发展策略。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the impact of1990s' two floods on Anhui' s relative carrying capacity of economic resources,which proves that floods do serious harm to Anhui' s economy and society sustainable development.Sustainable development strategies were put forward in respect of population,disposition of resources,industry construction,funds and so on. |
