基于主成分分析的集体建设用地流转驱动力分析 ———以重庆市忠县为例

在剖析农村集体建设用地流转现状特征的基础上,运用主成分分析法定量分析集体建设用地流转的驱动力,揭示出经济利益驱动、经济发展驱动和政策引导驱动是集体建设用地流转的主要驱动因子。针对分析结果,系统地提出完善流转运作机制,培育流转服务体系,健全流转监管体系等对策建议,以助推集体建设用地高效流转。

DRIVING FORCES ANALYSIS OF COEELCTIVE CONSTRUCTION LAND TRANSFER BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS

The method of principal component analysis was used for quantitatively assessing the driving forces of collective construction land transfer,while the basic characteristics of collective construction land transfer were deeply discussed.The results revealed that economic benefits,economic development and policy guidance were all the key driving factors.And then this paper,based on the results,put forward some countermeasures such as improving the operating mechanism,cultivating the service system and improving the regulatory system to promote collective construction land transfer more efficient.
