| 摘 要： | 农地流转已成为台州市提高农业产业发展水平、解决人多地少问题的重要途径。该文在调查的基础上,分析了浙江省台州市农地流转现状和成效,总结了农地流转基本经验,找出了流转过程中所存在的问题,提出了4项对策措施。

| Abstract: | Agricultural land transfer has become an important way to improve the agricultural development level and solve the contradiction between a big population and deficient land area in Taizhou city.Based on the field survey,this paper analyzed the current situation and effect of land transfer,summed up the basic experience,found the problems existing in the land transfer,and finally put forward four countermeasures. |
