| 摘 要： | 项目风险管理在建设项目管理中占据了重要地位,管理者对风险管理的重视使其逐渐完善,但风险成本也随之增加。文章在总结了建设项目风险管理及其过程的基础上,建立了一种基于风险成本的风险管理方案优选方法,并首次提出了项目风险弹性概念,为建设项目风险管理的进一步的发展开辟了新途径。

| Abstract: | Project risk management play an important role in construction project management,it is becoming completive gradually with the recognition from managers,but the risk cost is increasing at the same time.The paper summarized the construction project risk management and it's program and then established a approach to optimal selection of risk management plan based on risk cost,and the concept of project risk elasticity was brought forward for the first time,the paper opened up a new approach for farther development of construction project risk management. |
