基层央行应急管理实践与探索

近年来，随着自然灾害、金融突发事件频繁发生，基层央行如何在自身发展中寻求最适合的应急管理模式尤显重要。本文以人民银行紫阳县支行在建设陕西省基层应急管理工作示范点实践为例，通过总结应急管理方面的主要做法，分析基层央行应急管理工作中存在的困难和问题，并提出相关建议。

The Practice and Exploration of Emergency Management in Grassroots Central Banks

In recent years, with frequent outbreaks of natural disasters and financial emergencies, it is especially important for grassroots central banks how to seek the most appropriate emergency management mode in their own development. Based on the prac- tice of the Demonstration Pilot Project of Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management of the Ziyang County-level branch of PBC, the paper summarizes the main methods of emergency management, analyzes difficulties and problems existing in the emergency manage- ment of grassroots central bank, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
