| 摘 要： | 对突破性创新的概念和内涵进行了界定,论述了突破性创新的理论和实践意义。将突破性创新与其他重要的技术创新类型(如渐进性创新、结构性创新、模块化创新等)进行比较,分析了突破性创新的类型和特征,阐述了突破性创新的过程和管理模式。深入评介了近年来国际权威期刊发表的有关突破性创新的实证研究文献,对其研究设计、研究问题及研究结论进行了全面分析。最后指出关于突破性创新的进一步研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper defines the concept and content of radical innovation,and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of radical innovation.And it compares radical innovation with other important kinds of technological innovation(e.g.incremental innovation,structural innovation,modular innovation and so on),and illustrates the process and management mode of radical innovation.Then it reviews the empirical literatures on radical innovation published in the international authoritative journals in recent years,and analyzes research designs,research questions and research findings of these literatures.Finally,it points out the future research direction of radical innovation. |
