创建高职院校办学特色,是当前高职教育改革的重要课题,也是高职院校增强竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键。在阐述高职院校办学特色的基础上,分析办学特色缺失对高职教育发展产生的影响,提出创建高职院校办学特色的具体建议。
