社区教育在社会管理中的作用机制研究

当前我国社会面临构筑终身教育体系、创建学习型社会的大背景。同时，随着改革开放的不断深入，我国社会矛盾出现多样化、复杂化的趋势，社会管理难度在增加。要充分发挥社区教育在社会管理中的教育培训功能与作用，在学习型社会与创新社会管理之间架构一座桥梁，实现社会管理的新发展。

Mechanism of Action of Community Education in the Social Management

At present, our country is confronting with the background of to build a lifelong education system and create a society of learning style ; in the meantime, with deepening reforms and opening up continuously, it＇ s con- flicts have a tendency to be diverse and complex, and the difficulty to social management is increasing. How the so- cial management fully play the positive role under the background of the society of leaning style. At this point, we must make full use of the educational training function and effect from community education in social management, and bridge the society of learning style and the management of innovation - oriented society, so as to realize a new develop of social management. This paper mainly focuses on the mechanism of the specific effects from community education in social management.
