| 摘 要： | 步入攻坚时期的中国改革必然与农村改革的深入推进紧密相关。农村是迫切需要改革的地方;农民问题是各种问题的根本。深化农村改革,打破横亘在城乡之间的体制障碍,弥补制度的缺失,建立城乡现代一元的经济社会结构,必须从制度供给层面系统推进。

| Abstract: | China＇ s reform has entered a crucial period, which fortified the relationship between the deepening of the rural reform and China＇ s reform. Rural is the most pressing need reform place, the peasant problem is the fun- damental problem of China＇ s various problems. Deepening the rural reform must promote the system supply, break the system obstacles between urban and rural areas, compensate the lackage of the system in rural, and establish an integrated socio- economic structure between urban and rural. |
