商圈内部零售企业知识资本积累的路径分析

摘    要:知识经济时代,零售企业之间的竞争由“资源观”逐步转向“知识观”。商圈内部零售企业知识资本积累的路径,应为通过“区位品牌”效应扩大人力资本存量,通过个体知识组织化促进人力资本价值增值 通过组织结构创新与组织学习进行结构资本积累 通过“消费资本化”与客户参与服务创新进行客户资本的积累。零售企业知识资本积累也有利于商圈成长力的培养。
