| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国房地产业取得了快速发展，拉动国民经济稳定增长，但全国各个地区产业发展却极不平衡，尤其是中国东部和西部地区。从区域发展的角度，对东、西部地区的房地产开发投资水平进行了SHTO理论验证；同时，从人口发展、产业发展、宏观经济发展三个方面选取变量对SHTO值进行回归拟合，探讨了区域间房地产发展水平的影响因素，并且对东西部房产开发投资水平进行了比较。
