生产性服务业与制造业融合对制造业升级的影响——基于北京市与长三角地区的比较分析

生产性服务业与制造业融合影响其升级有两个重要原因:制造业企业内部制造环节和服务环节的分离降低了企业的装置成本并有助于形成企业核心竞争力;社会化的专业分工有助于形成规模经济,并且在产业关联度上形成制造业和服务业的互动.历史经验表明,发达国家之所以能占据全球价值链的顶端,最重要的原因在于不断地投入现代服务业所内含的技术、知识和人力资本,使整体产业结构不断向"软化"趋势调整.通过利用北京、上海、江苏和浙江四地以及全国2002年投入产出表计算比较,北京是制造业的生产过程中能够较多地利用外部服务业的地区;利用北京等四地2000-2005年的制造业分行业面板数据,计量检验表明在四地外部服务业的发展都将有利于制造业劳动生产率的提高,其中,北京市的服务业增加值提高1个百分点,将使制造业的劳动生产率提高0.648个百分点.
