| 摘 要： | 文章综合了美国传统基金会和加拿大弗雷泽研究所市场化测度的基本思想,为我国农村生产要素市场化的测度建立了较为科学的评价指标体系,并结合四川省苍溪县农村生产要素的基础数据进行了实证研究,发现当前农村生产要素市场化的程度十分低下,处于弱市场经济状态.所以作者认为我国今后的农村经济改革中的重点应更加侧重于农村生产要素市场的培育,并基于这一思想,文章给出了相应的政策建议.
