| 摘 要： | 企业战略联盟是一种指导性框架，企业间知识产权合作是企业新型战略联盟的基石。多种因素构成了企业间知识产权合作的动因，而且，企业间知识产权合作的模式也是多种多样的。同时，开展和维护企业间知识产权合作有着一定的要求，研究知识产权合作会给我们带来有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneur Strategic Union (ESU) is a kind of directing sketch.Inter-Entrepreneur Intellectual Property Cooperation (IEIPC) is the basis for the new model of ESU.Several reasons account for the origin and implement of IEIPC, and the moulds of cooperation are various. Theoretically,there are some fundamental processes for IEIPC.Lastly,research on IEIPC can bring us some useful hints. |
