| 摘 要： | 文章以4个水利工程为例,对小型的水利投资进行分析。通过对水库的国民经济评价进行分析,总结得出结论:4座水库的内部收益率超过10%,均大于公益项目允许的7%;经济净现值均大于零;效益费用比均大于1。以此说明对水库进行除险加固的效益是显著的。

| Abstract: | Taking four reservoirs as examples,the water conservancy investment of small reservoir is analyzed.Through the national economy evaluation of small reservoir,the reservoir that the internal rate of return was more than 10%were greater than 7%of public welfare project allows;Economic net present value are greater than zero;Benefit cost is higher than 1.So, the reservoir danger-eliminating and reinforcing benefit is remarkable. |
