| 摘 要： | 业主作为工程项目生产过程的总组织者,同时也是工程项目生产过程的总集成者,业主合同管理对于工程项目的顺利实施有着重要的影响。本文提出建立业主合同管理的三种优化机制,并提出通过三种机制的有效结合实现业主合同管理的优化。

| Abstract: | The owner is not only the total organizer of the production process of project,but also is the total integration of the production process of project. The owner＇s contract management has important influence on implementation of project. This paper proposes the establishment of three optimization mechanisms of the owner＇s contract management,and plans to realize the optimization of the owner＇s contract management through effective combination of the three mechanisms. |
