| 摘 要： | 产学研联盟是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,它一直是世界各国研究和探讨的热点课题。基于不完全信息博弈模型,分析了不完全信息下产学研联盟形成机理。通过分析企业、大学和科研院所在博弈中各自的期望收益,探讨了产学研联盟利益的形成机理和补贴策略,认为大学和科研院所的研发能力直接影响企业的行为选择,政府补贴收益政策也可能改变企业、大学和科研院所的行为选择,从而影响产学研联盟的形成。
