| Abstract: | This article proposes to demolish the administrative monopoly and improve the efficiency of telecommunication industry by privatization. It is suggested that based on the rational partition of the telecommunication business, China need to apply ways of telecommunication reform and privatize the telecommunication industry gradually. |
