摘    要:中层管理人员是企业的核心力量,由于其自身工作的特点,不但要完成命令、战略等信息的上传下达,对于具体的工作还要有好的业绩,取得好的结果。这些都决定了对中层管理人员的考核与其他员工有着截然不同的方法。本文主要研究了国有钢铁企业中对于中层管理人员的绩效考核。

Abstract:Middle-level managers is the core strength of the enterprise,due to the characteristics of their own work,they not only should finish the communication of command and the strategic information,but also have good performance to the work,and obtain good results. These decide that the evaluation methods of middle-level managers is totally different from the other staff. This paper mainly studies the performance evaluation of middle-level managers in state-owned steel enterprises.
