| 摘 要： | 关于贿赂罪,我国现行《刑法》规定有行贿罪等6个罪名。这些罪名之间既相互联系,又相互区别。分析比较其中相近易混的罪名对完善立法和司法实践具有指导意义。应修改《刑法》有关条款、归并单位行贿罪和介绍贿赂罪,以更好地从严打击贿赂犯罪。
