| Abstract: | This article firstly analyses some disputes lied in determination range of work-related injuries in China.Then it puts forth a series of policy suggestions such as defining legislation spirit of work-related injuries,perfecting the identification of labour relationship and assignments of proof＇s burden,improving work-related injuries application process and establishing effective disputes handling procedure. |
