浙江省残疾人托养照料模式：评估、比较与展望

残疾人托养照料是社会保障和社会工作的重要内容。在全国大力推进残疾人社会托养照料起步阶段,浙江省探索走出了残疾人托养照料模式,在回顾这一模式形成与实施的基础上,开展了浙江省残疾人托养照料模式评估,对浙江与上海、北京、江苏、福建、广州等地残疾人托养照料模式进行比较,最后从对策建议的角度提出了展望。

Care For The Disabled in Zhejiang Province: Assessment, Comparison And Prospect

Care for the people with disabilities is an important part of social security and social work. With the nationwide socialization of the care for the disable still in initial stage,Zhejiang took the fist step to establish a care model for the disabled. This article first reviews the formation and implementation of the mode,and then assess the care system for the disabled in Zhejiang Province. Meanwhile,comparison is made between the Zhejiang＇s care models for the disabled and that of Shanghai,Beijing,Jiangsu,Fujian and Guangzhou. Finally,suggestions is provided for prospect.
