Bringing Forth New Ideas in Management

Enterprises in China at present should be given an allround consideration for the pressing prob-lens,namely,their capaecities of developing and creating,their own efficiencies and social responsibilities.The present paper attempts to explore the basic intention,the driving force and also the favourable facfors and obstacles of bringing forth new ideas in management so as to enlighten brsiness administrative personels to take a creative and reforming way.
