LNG接收站计量撬设计探讨

系统介绍了计量撬装系统概念、组成及国内外计量相关的天然气计量标准，通过对天然气计量中流量计的简要分析对比，针对目前浙江LNG接收站贸易交接要求，选用气体超声波流量计计量撬装系统，并分析了浙江LNG贸易计量系统的工艺流程及计量管路尺寸设计的依据。

Discussions on the Design of Skid-Mounted Measuring System at LNG Acceptation Stations

A systematic introduction is given to the concept and composition of skid-mounted measuring system, the relevant measur- ing standards of natural gas at abroad and home. Based on the brief analysis and contrast of flowmeters in the measurement of natural gas, the skid-mounted measuring system of gas ultrasonic flowmeters has been chosen according the requirements of trade transfer at LNG acceptation stations in Zhejiang. At last, the analysis focuses on the process flow and the basis of designing the scale of the measuring line in LNG trade measuring system in Zhejiang province.
