| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资效率因素在地区经济发展中的作用变得越来越明显,而单纯数量因素的作用则呈不断弱化的趋势。因此,为了不断缩小FDI区域经济差距,就必须重视投资效率而不是投资数量的提高和扩大;加强投资环境的不断改善和优化,改变一味依靠优惠政策吸引外资的做法。

| Abstract: | The impact of FDI efficiency is increasingly distinct but the function of merely quantity factors is on a declining trend. Therefore,to narrow the gaps in FDI regional economic development,due attention has to be paid to enhancing investment efficiency instead of expanding investment quantities;strengthening t he constant optimization of investment environment;change the way of absorbing f oreign investment with preferential policies. |
