| 摘 要： | 互联网的出现促使了渠道非居间化的可能,传统中间商只有采取创新性的措施为供应商和最终顾客提供更高的价值,才能成功应对非居间化的挑战。信息丰富战略、关系交换战略以及共同学习战略为传统中间商指明了努力的方向,互联网在此过程中起到了巨大的推动作用。
