| Abstract: | This Thesis defines the effective supporting ability of science and technology of new industrialization, and establishes a two-layer system of the supporting ability of science and technology for new industrialization and self development of science and technology. It also analyzes the interactive relationships between new industrialization and supporting ability of science and technology,and puts forward suggestions for promoting supporting ability of science and technology and realizing new industrialization. |
