持久竞争优势:基于组织学习力和创新力的分析

摘    要:竞争优势和持久竞争优势是目前理论界和实业界关注的焦点问题之一。通过提出有关持久竞争优势本源的观点,进一步论述了核心能力是企业竞争优势的来源。但企业要获得持久竞争优势必须培育动态核心能力,企业学习力和创新力的有机结合是支撑企业持久竞争优势的本源。

Abstract:Competition advantage and Sustainable competition Advantage are the focus issue currently. The paper presented the view of Sustainable competition Advantage origin, and pointed out that the core competence is the source of competition advantage which could be obtained from the cultivation of dynamic core competence. The combination of organization study force and innovation force is the origin of backing up the Sustainable competition Advantage.
