民营企业管理制度的动态变革

摘    要:我国民营企业普遍采用家族制管理模式。本文认为,尽管家族管理制度存在许多弊端,但在涉及制度变迁的目标时,却不能笼统地将其否定,而应把民营企业视作一个动态发展的过程,对其管理制度变迁的目标进行细分,对于为数众多的中小民营企业来说,要着手对家族制管理制度进行合理改造;对于大中型民营企业来说,则要建立与本土文化相融合的现代企业管理制度。文章提出,要实现家族制管理向现代企业管理制度的彻底转变,必须以企业本位的管理文化取代家族本位的管理文化,并在创业者和职业经理人中大力倡导和培养现代企业家精神。

Abstract:At the beginging of the paper,the author mentions that despite many drawbacks of the management system in family model in most Chinese private enterprises,a dynamic analysis on the model is necessary.For most of small private enterprises,the key point is to carry out the reform of rationalization on the system,while for most of big private enterprises the key point is to establish the modern management system mergeing with the national culture.Then the author points out that to realize the complete change from the management system in family model to modern management,it is a key to substitute the family-centred management culture with enterprise-centred management culture,and to foster modern enterprenures, spitit.
