战略调整中的企业核心刚性及其治理

摘    要:企业核心能力是企业竞争优势的源泉。但是,在管理理论研究和实践中人们又会发现,企业核心能力形成的过程往往也伴随着核心刚性的生成。在内外环境发生变化时,它会阻碍企业创新,使企业失去持续的竞争优势,并最终导致企业绩效的不断恶化。针对这一问题,首先探讨了核心刚性的界定及表现,然后分析了核心刚性的形成机理,最后从核心刚性的本质出发提出了核心刚性的治理对策。

Abstract:Core competence proved to be the source of enterprise competitive advantage. In theory and practice, however, core competence and core rigidity are always friends. Core rigidity would be obstacle for enterprise innovation, so that result in the lost of continuous competitive advantage and finally worsen the performance. The paper discussed its definition and characteristics, and analyzed its mechanism, the paper concluded with some suggestions for the solution of core rigidity.
