芜湖市城市生态安全评价

当今的城市中,城市生态安全已经成为城市发展的一个重要影响因素;采用OEC与UNEP共同提出的PSR概念模型,本着科学性,实用性,可操作性的原则,构建一套包括资源环境压力、资源环境状态和人文环境响应3个方面20个指标的评价指标体系;以芜湖市的相关数据为基础,评价芜湖城市生态安全,得出芜湖城市生态安全水平近10年来大致呈上升趋势,生态环境良化;对解决城市生态安全问题,促进城市可持续发展提出合理化建议。

Ecological security assessment of Wuhu urban eco-system

The urban eco-security has already become an important influence factor in the development of modern city.According to the conceptual pattern of P-R-S proposed by OEC and UNEP,on the principia of science,usability and maneuverability,this article constructs an index system of eco-security which consists of 3 programs and 20 indexes including the resources environment pressure,the resources environment condition and the humanities environment response;appraise the urban eco-security of Wuhu and conclude that its Eco-security has ascended approximately and its eco-environment has become better in the recent 10 years.The article proposes the logical proposal in order to solve the urban eco-security problems and promote the urban sustainable development based on analysis and appraisement.
