The Design and Application of the System of Quality Improving Index

The paper gives a quality improving index system including 9 main indexes and 2 aided indexes. It also designs 2 composite indexes named the quality improving ratio and the completion ratio of the quality improving plan, they are taken as the evidence of evaluating the effect of quality improving. Some applied cases are also given in this paper.
